blockit enables medical systems for better referral management and consumer self-scheduling - connecting the ecosystem making accessing and navigating care easy for patients and staff, working with some of the largest medical systems in the US (Including HCA, CHS, CommonSpirit, Memorial Hermann, Baylor).
The Challenge
This sales motion necessitates a high degree of customization, but medical services have advanced security settings for incoming emails. This was resulting in a +15% rate of emails ending up in the spam folder - or not being delivered at all after hours of SDR time went to personalization. They also struggled to reach out to every potential customer quarterly, and had goals around personalization and leveraging technology for research.
The Solution
LeadSpring developed email deliverability infrastructure, and implemented best practices including data cleansing, copywriting, and tool selection while assisting with list building for two new business units. LeadSpring developed a marketing nurture system for the accounts the SDRs didn’t have bandwidth to reach.
